Droneguys is a family company crafted by a team of devoted and passionate experts with a forty year history of operating Remotly Piloted Aircraft (RPA). In addition our Cheif Pilot has a Military background that offers its own valuable skill set in safety procedures and company opperations.  As you can see already our extensive piloting and operating experience gives us a unique set of skills, with added safety and experience that canot be bought or taught. We pilot our drones where they need to be safely, effectivly and legally for the best task outcomes for you and your valued company.

Droneguys fleet of DJI RPAs is a taylored one, we offer a variety of strengths and capabilities that allow us to select the best assets for your job. With the adjile and nimble Mavic Pro we can get all those tight shots, the reliable Phantom 4 offers up its reliability, duration and a current top of the market 20MP camera for high detail, then we cap both of these options with the awesome and majestic DJI Inspire with 360 gimbal and duel pilot controlls; what ever the job we have the drones to cater for your special requirement.

Our services include real estate photography, development planning images, building inspection, 2D and 3D mapping, distance area and volumetric calculation, project reports and solar pannel inspection. Safety and Compliance

Droneguys put safety and compliance at the top of our priority list. The commercial remotly piloted aircraft industry is tightly regulated by the overseeing body CASA, with very strict rules governing where, when and how we can fly drones commercially and recreationally. All our pilots and staff have the qualifications required by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to comercially operate our RPAs legally and safely. 

Our pilots are all qualified CASA Remote Pilot Licience holders. Not all commercial pilots hold a RePL, although they can operate legally (RPA under 2kg), they may not have any CASA certified training in the legal and safe operations of RPAs. In obtaining an RePL our pilots learn to fly drones, but more importantly they are taught the legal and safety aviation requirements of operating an RPA in Australia. This is the when, where and how to fly legally and safely in Australia. 

To operate any RPA commercially above 2kg in weight also requires a CASA Operational Certificate (ReOC). Droneguys operational certificate gives it the added skills, understanding and knowledge to conduct RPA commercial tasks within the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998. It qualifies us to perform detailed job risk assessments (JSA), to have a thorough understanding of the operational procedures and legal requirements, and how to complete any potential CASA exemptions applications we may need to consider. 

Another key safety element is the Aviation Radio Operators Certificate (AROC) we at Droneguys are licenced to use and operate an aviation radio as required by our CASA certified operation manuals. This asset gives us the ability to operate closer and safer to other aircraft or airfields than would otherwise be permissible by CASA.

Every ReOC holder has a detailed set company operation manuals and logbooks for each aircraft. They are also monitored and assessed each year by a CASA Delegate, to insure we are operating within the current rules and regulations.
